⭐ RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY — FRÍVOLA

GENERAL TERMS

We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise in original condition within 30 days of delivery or purchase.

🚫 No Money Refunds

Frívola does not issue refunds.
All approved returns receive Store Credit (digital Gift Card) valid for 6 months.

Requirements

Must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Must include original box, packaging & tags
Customer is responsible for return shipping
Store credit issued after inspection and approval
Exchanges subject to inventory availability
