FRÍVOLA — SHIPPING & TAXES

Frívola currently ships to Puerto Rico, the United States, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days do not include Sundays, holidays, store closures, or high-volume promotional periods.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and selected service.

Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be sent through USPS.

Frívola may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Frívola offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $120 or more.

To qualify:

• The merchandise subtotal must reach $120 after discounts and before taxes.
• Gift cards and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum.
• Free shipping applies only to eligible standard-shipping destinations.
• Expedited shipping is not included.

Orders below $120 will be charged the applicable rate displayed at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

USPS generally estimates 2–5 business days for Ground Advantage and approximately 2–3 business days for Priority Mail, depending on origin and destination. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, offshore destinations, severe weather, holidays, and other carrier conditions may require additional time.

Frívola cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

A shipping confirmation means that the order has been prepared for carrier pickup. Tracking activity will begin once the package is scanned by the carrier.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Carrier delays are outside Frívola’s direct control.

A delayed tracking update does not automatically mean that a package is lost. Customers should allow the carrier’s applicable investigation period before a package can be formally classified as missing.

Frívola will assist with eligible carrier investigations when necessary.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Frívola is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to Frívola, the customer may pick it up at the store or pay the applicable cost to have it shipped again.

Additional carrier fees and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

STORE PICKUP

Free store pickup may be selected at checkout when available.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.

Pickup orders should be collected within five days of notification. Customers requiring additional time should contact Frívola before the pickup deadline.

Identification or order confirmation may be required.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales and use taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order, delivery address, and applicable tax requirements.

Orders delivered within Puerto Rico are subject to the applicable Puerto Rico sales and use tax.

Any taxes required for destinations outside Puerto Rico will be calculated at checkout when applicable.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, return shipping costs, and reshipping charges are non-refundable.
